This BORGESON 980 REPLACEMENT STEERING SHAFT will fit the following Ford vehicles:

The Borgeson 000980 Heavy Duty Steering Column shaft consists of two precision needle bearing u-joints, an upgraded vibration reducer and a telescoping shaft which will accommodate up to a 4" body lift.

I put one of these in my sloppy steering 1988 F150. Let me tell ya, it's one hell of a well built part. You can automatically see the difference between this unit and the OEM part.
If you have any amount of play in your steering wheel, and your gearbox has been adjusted...this is the fix!!!
Install took about an hour, but I always take my time. :-)
As for KLM here... A+ folks to deal with!
