Diesel TURBO Lifesaver (DTLS) is the cure for problematic heat related turbocharger failures. Failure to cool your Turbo properly can kill it prematurely and can even cost you a whole new engine. Diesel Turbo Lifesaver automatically idles your engine and then shuts it off, all without needing the ignition key, thus saving the time and aggravation of waiting for the turbo to cool.

Additionally, Diesel Turbo Lifesaver features a built in SECURITY feature to safeguard your vehicle and can also be used as a PRE-LUBER to maximize the life of your engine. The turbo is the heart and soul of your diesel truck. Failure to properly care for your turbo can cause it to fail prematurely and can even lead to TOTAL ENGINE MELTDOWN.

For those who are "electrically challenged," it can be frustrating to watch those wiring harness geniuses make their trucks do neat electrical tricks with relays, lights, timers, alarms, gauges, etc., etc. Accessorizing their trucks seems so easy. With the old non-modular construction, it would require you to put $1,400.00 on your shelf to cover the 7 most popular applications. Standard Models: DTLS internal computers are programmed to allow engine run times needed to cool your turbo. All standard models (except Dodge Cummins models) allow you to set turbo cooling times of 1 through 15 minutes (adjustable in 1 minute increments). Dodge Cummins models allow you to set turbo cooling times of 1 through 5 minutes (adjustable in 1 minute increments). Standard models can be identified by having a part number that does not have "ERT" in it. For example, FPS1/15 is a Ford Powerstroke 15 minute unit.

Extended Run Time Models: DTLS internal computers are programmed to allow run times of up to 250 minutes. Extended run time models of Diesel Turbo Lifesaver will allow you to leave you vehicle running without the key in the ignition. Additionally, ERT models of DTLS power the heat and/or air conditioning systems of your vehicle. The advantage of ERT units is that you can leave the engine running to maintain cab temperature and feel secure that your vehicle cannot be stolen because the ignition key is in your pocket.
