THIS FASS HD SERIES / VERSATILE SERIES  REPLACEMENT FILTER SET CONTAINS:

    * (1) FF-1003 Fuel Filter (3 Micron)
    * (1) FS-1001 Water Separator (20 Micron)

This FASS 150 / FASS Versatile / FASS HD Replacement Filter Set - 3 Micron is a Replacement Filter Combo pack for the FASS 150 / HD Series pump.
 
The FASS FF-1003 is a replacement diesel fuel filter which offers a 3 Micron filtration levels to help preserve the integrity of your entire fuel injection system.

The FF-1003 is the highest filtration level available for your FASS Fuel System.

The FASS FS-1001 is a replacement water separator filter.

The FASS FS-1001 Emulsified Water Separator are designed to remove free/coarse and emulsified water from the fuel.

The FASS FS-1001 filters at a 20 Micron level and removes the emulsified water in your diesel fuel.

KLM recommends regularly draining this FASS FS-1001 filter to remove the water from the element.

Regularly removing the water from this FASS FS-1001 filter will help to prevent freeze ups in your vehicle fuel system during the winter months.

For the best engine performance possible remember to change your FASS HD filters at regular intervals.

FASS Fuel Filter Change intervals are between 15,000 to 30,000 miles based on fuel quality.

Remember to keep a spare set of FASS HD / Versatile Series Replacement Filters in your truck at all times.

It is far cheaper to have a spare set of FASS HD filters in your truck then the cost of calling for a tow.

NOTE: The use of Bio Diesel, Vegetable Oil and Blended Fuels can greatly reduce the life expectancy of your FASS fuel filters.
