The H&S Performance FRP - Fuel Rail Plug / Fuel Rail Cap for the Dodge Ram 6.7L and GMC/Chevy Duramax 6.6L.
The 4099902 Fuel Rail plug eliminates unwanted pressure relief of the fuel rail when running a high performance tuning device.
The H&S Performance Fuel Rail Plug works on the following vehicles:
- 2007.5 - 2010 Dodge 6.7L Cummins-All
- 2001 - 2010 GMC/Chevy Duramax 6.6L
DODGE RAM 6.7L
This H&S Performance 409902 Fuel Rail Plug kit will replace your fuel release valve without having to shim it
with washers.
H&S Performance programming raises the fuel rail
pressure and may cause the fuel rail release valve to open, causing
trouble codes P0087 and P1011.
The 409902 Fuel Rail Plug will eliminate the valve,
allowing ample pressure to the rail and injectors, all without worry
of losing rail pressure or trouble codes
This H&S Performance Fuel Rail Plug Kit will help keep your fuel release valve from opening
prematurely on the 6.7L Cummins Diesel powered vehicles with high performance tuners or power modules.
Chances are you have experienced one or both of these Diagnostic Trouble Codes : P1011, P0087
H&S Performance recommends you install either this FRS-6.7 6.7L Dodge Fuel Rail Shim kit or an H&S Fuel Rail Plug.
H&S performance tuning can raise the fuel rail pressure which may cause the fuel rail release valve to open prematurely.
This
