Solid Steel Industries - Dodge Track Bar Conversion Kit / Retrofit Kit allows you to upgrade your Dodge Ram pickup with a Solid Steel Industries 2nd Gen or 3rd Gen adjustable trackbar.
The Solid Steel TBK2029402-4 Track Bar Conversion Kit fits the following Dodge Trucks:
- 1994 to 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4
- 1994 to 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 .
This Solid Steel Industries TBK2029402-4 Dodge Track Bar Bracket kit will allow you to use a 2003 and up factory Dodge track bar on your 1994 to 2002 Dodge RAM pickup.
The Dodge 2003 track bar bar uses a rubber bushing on both ends, thus eliminating the frequent failure of the tie-rod style upper joint on your original track bar.
The OEM track bar used on the 1994 to 2002 trucks has a rubber bushing on the lower (axle) end and a ball joint on the upper (frame) end. This ball joint is much the same as a tie-rod end in design. Due to a combination of factors, this ball joint normally experiences fairly rapid wear.
For the 2003 model year, Dodge has switched to a track bar that uses a rubber bushing on both ends. Track bar wear on the newer trucks (as well as other makes that use a rubber bushed bar) is no longer an issue.
The Solid Steel Industries Dodge Track Bar Replacement Kit includes bracket and mounting hardware. Does not include a track bar.
With the Installation of the Solid Steel Industries Dodge Track Bar Bracket you can now install the Carli Adjustable Track Bar / Pan Rod Bar or the Solid Steel Industries 3rd gen Style Track Bar / Pan Rod Bar on your 2nd Generation Dodge Ram pickup.
This trackbar retrofit kit will allow you to utilize a 2003 and up factory Dodge Adjustable or Non Adjustable Track Bar on your '94 to '02 Dodge RAM pickup.
The Solid Steel Industries Track Bar Conversion Kit / TBK fits the following Dodge Ram trucks:
- 1994 -2002 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 4X4
- 1994 -2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4

Quality product, easy to work with. The install time for the track bar and this was less than one hour. The people here are great to work with they know their businss and product line. Worth the money!!
