Total Chaos Fabrication has introduced TC 80501 the first performance replacement upper control arm for the 2004 to 2008 Ford F-150 2WD and 4Wd models.
The Total Chaos 80501 Upper Control Arm Ford 04-08 F-150 2WD & 4WD has a tapered spindle adapter that converts this Replacement Upper Control Arm Kit to a 100% bolt on component.
The Total Chaos 80501 Replacement Upper Control Arm eliminates the need drill the spindle to perform the installation.
The Total Chaos 80501 Replacement Upper Control Arms are Stock length 4130 chromoly upper control arms that replace the factory arms.
Total Chaos eliminated the factory ball joint and incorporated a 1" Teflon lined Uniball for maximum travel. in the TC 80501 Upper Control Arm.
This Total Chaos 80501 Upper Control Arm and shock package is designed to increase off road and street performance while allowing the installation of up to a 35" tall tire on a 2wd or 4wd truck (wheel back spacing is critical).
Installing the Total Chaos 80501 Upper Control Arms with other suspension manufacturer’s applications that retain factory control arm and mounting locations can be performed.
