TOTAL CHAOS 80501 | Upper Control Arm Ford F-150
Total Chaos Fabrication has introduced the first performance dual sport truck package that includes 80501 chromoly upper control arms for the 2004 - 2008 Ford F-150 2 Wheel Drive and 4 Wheel Drive pickups.
Total Chaos has developed a tapered spindle adapter that converts this Replacement Upper Control Arm Kit to a 100% bolt on and eliminates the need drill the spindle to perform the installation.
The Total Chaos 80501 Replacement Upper Control Arms are Stock length 4130 chromoly upper control arms that replace the factory arms.
Total Chaos eliminated the factory ball joint and incorporated a 1" Teflon lined Uniball for maximum travel.
ICON Vehicle Dynamics offers bolt on Coil -overs shocks that replace the factory OEM shock with a 2.5 diameter coil over and offer up to 2" of lift.
This Total Chaos 80501 Upper Control Arm and shock package is designed to increase off road and street performance while allowing the installation of up to a 35" tall tire on a 2wd or 4wd truck (wheel back spacing is critical).
Installing a set of Total Chaos lowering shackles PT# 48502 will level the truck when aftermarket coil overs have been installed and increase cornering capability.
Installing the Total Chaos 80501 UCA system with other suspension manufacturer’s applications that retain factory control arm and mounting locations can be performed.
