Total Chaos Fabrication has produced a replacement Upper Control Arm the 88500 to aid in recovering the lost handling and performance associated with installing an aftermarket suspension system.
When you install an aftermarket suspension system on your Toyota the
OEM suspension design looses caster.
By altering the factory caster
setting, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and
has a tendency to wander when driving down the road.
Total Chaos
Fabrication developed there 88500 Upper Control Arm's (UCA's) to add caster
to the suspension when aftermarket coil over shocks and other lifts are
installed.
The ability to regain the lost caster will increase the
overall handling as well as aid in the alignment of the vehicle with the installation of the Total Chaos 88500 UCA.
The Total Chaos 88500 Replacement Upper Control Arms work on the following Toyota vehicles:

The Total Chaos Fabrication 88500 replacement upper control arms are built with the following features:

The Total Chaos 88500 upgrades the factory ball joint to a 1" Uniball..
- TC 88500 are constructed with Built using all Chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs
- The Total Chaos 88500 replacement Upper Control Arms are stock length upper control arms.
- Total Chaos has manufactured a press in spindle adapter and uses a 9/16" grade 8 bolt.
- The Total Chaos 88500 UCA kit includes heat treated hi-misalignment spacers and zinc plated end washers. Zerk fittings are included in all pivots
- The TC 88500 kit comes complete with hardware, urethane bushings, inner sleeves and install instructions.
- Cutting Grinding and Welding is required to clear aftermarket coil over shocks
- These replacement upper control arms are powder coated in a sliver finish.
The installation of the Total Chaos 88500 Replacement Upper Control Arms and Extended Travel Coil-overs will give you 1" additional droop travel.
