The TOTAL CHAOS 90500 is the first bolt on replacement Upper Control Arm system that eliminates the factory ball joint and upgrades to a 1” Teflon lined uniball for the Nissan 2wd & 4wd Titan trucks.

This Total Chaos 90500 replacement Upper Control Arm system is 100% bolt on and requires no drilling or welding for the installation.

When aftermarket coil over shocks, coil spacers, or other lift kits are installed they often decrease caster or tend to cause the factory upper control arms to contact the coil bucket during droop wheel travel.

Total Chaos designed these 90500 replacement Upper Control Arms to add caster when there installed. By adding caster you improve the vehicles cornering and overall handling, both on and off road.

The ability to adjust the camber will also correct alignment issues when aftermarket lifts are installed.

The 90500 Total Chaos Fabrication Upper Control Arms offer maximum droop travel and aid in eliminating the upper control arm coil bucket contact.

The Total Chaos 90500 arms are manufactured using 1.25” chromoly tubing and are not as bulky as a factory upper arm.

The Total Chaos 90500 UCA kit comes with the following:

Upper A-Arms w/ Uniball's & Urethane Bushings
Tapered Spindle Adapters & Grease Fittings
1" Uniballs & Retaining Clips
Grade 8 Hardware
Pivot tubes include zerk fittings to lubricate the urethane bushings

In some cases additional grinding to the factory coil bucket can be made to increase droop travel. This depends on which brand coil over shock or what current drop down bracket system is installed. The 90500 arms will also aid in achieving proper alignment. . The arms can be installed on any vehicle that retains the factory control arm and spindle mounting locations.
