Total Chaos now offers the 96504H Upper Control Arm with Heim Joints. The Total Chaos 96504H is the replacement 6 lug Upper Control Arm system for your 2005+ Tacoma pickup, 2003-2007 4Runner and 2007 + FJ Cruiser.

The Total Chaos 96504H Upper Control Arm with Heim Jointsthat upgrades the factory ball joint to a 1" Uniball and maintains a 100% bolt on application. When aftermarket lifts are installed on these model vehicles the OEM suspension design looses caster. By altering the factory caster, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and has a tendency to wander when driving down the road. Total Chaos developed the Upper Control Arms to add caster to the suspension when aftermarket coil over shocks and other lifts are installed. The Total Chaos 96504H Replacement Upper Control Arms offer the the following benefits:

• The 96504U arms are built using all Chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs,
• These stock length upper control arms simply bolt to the existing factory a-arm location and pivot on Adjustable Heim Joints
•  Total Chaos has manufactured the 96504H Upper Control Arms with a press in spindle adapter that uses a 9/16" grade 8 bolt.
• The 96504H kit includes heat treated hi-misalignment spacers and zinc plated end washers. Zerk fittings are included in all pivots and the kit comes complete with hardware, urethane bushings, inner sleeves and install instructions.
• The 96504H tubular heim upper control arms maintain all the same benefits of the original TC UCA’s with added caster built into their design.
• The 96504 Replacement UCA’s are built with Heim pivots that allow more adjust-ability that is sometimes required when multiple lifts have been installed
• The Total Chaos 96504 UCA’s are shipped pre set at factory specs. Only qualified technicians should adjust these parts.

It will now include stock length replacement upper control arms & TC long travel system control arms that are designed to replace traditional pivots that use urethane bushings with ¾” Teflon lined adjustable heim joints. These UCA’s are shipped pre set at factory control arm specs. Features: • Stock length Chromoly tubing replacement upper control arms • Designed to add caster required when vehicles have been lifted. Needed to retain factory alignment specs
