The TOTAL CHAOS 97500 Replacement Upper Control Arm are designed to work with extended travel coil-overs for the 2000 - 2006 Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia.
Total Chaos Fabrication has produced a replacement Upper Control Arm the 97500 to aid in recovering the lost handling and performance associated with installing an aftermarket suspension system. When you install an aftermarket suspension system on your Toyota the
OEM suspension design looses caster. By altering the factory caster
setting, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and
has a tendency to wander when driving down the road. Total Chaos
Fabrication developed there Upper Control Arm's (UCA's) to add caster
to the suspension when aftermarket coil over shocks and other lifts are
installed. The ability to regain the lost caster will increase the
overall handling as well as aid in the alignment of the vehicle.
The 97500 Replacement Upper Control Arms work on the following Toyota vehicles:
- 2000 - 2006 Toyota Tundra
- 2000 - 2006 Toyota Sequoia
The Total Chaos Fabrication 97500 replacement upper control arms are built with the following features:

The Total Chaos 97500 upgrades the factory ball joint to a 1" Uniball and maintains a 100% bolt on application.
- TC 97500 are constructed with Built using all chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs
- The Total Chaos 97500 replacement UCA's are stock length upper control arms simply bolt to the existing factory a-arm location and pivot on urethane bushings.
- Total Chaos has manufactured a press in spindle adapter and uses a 9/16" grade 8 bolt.
- The Total Chaos 97500 Upper Control Arms kit includes heat treated hi-misalignment spacers and zinc plated end washers. Zerk fittings are included in all pivots
- The TC 97500 kit comes complete with hardware, urethane bushings, inner sleeves and install instructions.
- These replacement upper control arms are powder coated in a sliver finish.
